  1. Respecting your rights and duly respecting the protection of personal data, we are committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of the personal data obtained. All employees of Empiria s.c. have been properly trained in the processing of personal data.

  4. Name - when placing an Order, you will be asked to provide your name so that we can send your order and allow you to be contacted.
  5. Residential address - needed for shipping the ordered Product.
  6. Telephone No. - to enable notification by text message that the Product has been dispatched, in the specific case of confirmation of the Order, or in the case of unexpected events such as out of stock while offering a favourable solution.
  7. Email address - by email we send you confirmation of your Order, and contact you. If you have become a Newsletter subscriber we will send you commercial information.
  8. Internet address - information resulting from the general rules of Internet connections such as the IP address (and other information contained in system logs) is used by the shop administrator for technical purposes. IP addresses may also be used for statistical purposes - to collect general demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).
  9. Cookies -The webshop uses cookie technology in order to adapt it to your individual needs. You may agree that the data you have entered will be remembered so that you can use them without re-entering them the next time you visit the webshop.
