1. General provisions

1.1 Cremini online shop, hereinafter referred to as the "Shop", is run by Empiria s.c. with its registered office at ul. Elizy Orzeszkowej 33, 62-200 Gniezno, registered in the register of entrepreneurs under the number CEiDG, holding NIP 7842504408 and REGON 367043545.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for purchasing and using the services offered by the Shop.

1.3 By using the services of the Shop, the Customer accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

1.4 All product prices shown in the Shop are expressed in PLN, include VAT and do not include delivery costs, which are added when the order is placed.

  1. Procurement

2.1. Orders in the Shop can be placed via the website www.cremini.com.pl and by telephone at 696908090.

2.2 When placing an order, the Customer undertakes to provide true and current data to enable the fulfilment of the order and contact in matters relating to the order.

2.3 Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation of its acceptance. The confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order, but only information that the order has been accepted for processing.

2.4 The shop reserves the right to refuse to process an order in the event of product unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Payments

3.1 Various payment methods are available in the Shop, such as payment by credit card, bank transfer or electronic payment. Details of the available payment methods are provided on the Shop website.

3.2 The shop ensures the security of the processing of payment data, but is not responsible for problems with the payment systems of external providers.

  1. Delivery

4.1 The cost of delivery of the products is added to the value of the order and depends on the chosen delivery method and place of delivery.

4.2 The Shop makes every effort to fulfil orders in the shortest possible time. Detailed information on order processing time is given on the Shop's website.

4.3 If the order cannot be fulfilled within the specified time, the Shop will inform the Customer of the postponement or offer to refund the payment.

  1. Complaints

5.1 The customer has the right to lodge a complaint if a product is received that is overweight or damaged.

5.2 A complaint must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, via the form available on the Shop website or via the e-mail address biuro@cremini.com.pl.

5.3 The shop will consider the complaint within 30 days of receipt and will inform the customer of the action taken.

  1. Returns policy

6.1 The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with consumer rights legislation.

6.2 A return can be made by keeping the original packaging and the condition of the goods unaltered.

6.3 The cost of return shall be borne by the Customer, unless the reason for return is due to a defect in the product.

  1. Data protection

7.1 The Shop guarantees the protection of Customers' personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation.

7.2 Detailed information on the processing of Customers' personal data can be found in the Shop's Privacy Policy.

  1. Final provisions

8.1 These terms and conditions shall come into force on the day they are published on the Store's website.

8.2 The Shop reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations at any time. Amendments shall enter into force 7 days after their publication on the Store's website.

8.3 In matters not covered by the regulations, the provisions of the applicable law shall apply.

These regulations are effective as of 01.09.2023.
